Emily + Gus | Snowy Spring Outdoor Wedding in Colorado

Their Wedding

These two timed it just right for their intimate wedding on a snowy Summit afternoon. Driving up to the ceremony location, snow and clouds encased the entirety of the mountains and, therefore, views. And just as family started to show up, the clouds parted just enough to allow a light flurry of snow fall and some of the mountains behind us to peek through.

After a few careful (icy) steps down to their location, family gathered around the overlook and the bride's father began their ceremony. Little touches during ceremonies always go a long way. The bride + groom held a tree planting ceremony, and each member of the family held the couples' rings, passing it along to the next person to say a prayer for the newlyweds.
