Paragon Lodging, LLC was founded in July 2000. Between the owners, we have over 40 years experience in the lodging and property management business. This experience and camaraderie is what prompted us to start our own business.
We are proud that Paragon Lodging is known throughout Breckenridge and Summit County Colorado as the most exclusive property management company. Paragon Lodging’s slogan “A Model of Excellence,” illustrates our commitment to always provide distinctive, preferred properties with impeccable standards of excellence that sets us apart.
Our goal is to provide each guest with the ultimate memorable vacation experience. We train and work side by side with all our staff and concierge service providers. What make us unique is we are in our rental homes almost each and every week - sometimes more often, even staying in the homes ourselves. We know the ins and outs of each home allowing us to communicate with our homeowners on repairs and upgrades. Communicating on a regular basis with our homeowners is essential – all our properties must meet Paragon’s high standards.
We presently manage forty-five exclusive vacation rental homes ranging from three bedroom hideaways to eight bedroom custom lodges. We are currently expanding to luxury “sea” rentals - our first homes are on the Big Island of Hawaii and Maui, with more locations to come.
In addition to Paragon Lodging’s short-term, vacation rental program, we also provide second home care services for 15 homeowners preferring not to rent out their luxury homes. This exclusive service is knows as, “Paragon Limited”.
Our maintnenace director has been with Paragon since it's inception. We take pride in the outstanding performance of employees.
