It's the end of september. The weather's been great and the Fall colors are in full force. It was pretty rainy there in August, but the wildflowers seemed to last longer than normal this year. The busy summer wedding season is coming to a spectacular close with Fall weddings happening in the mountain towns of Summit County and the Vail Valley.

This photo share is long overdue, as Lisa shared these pics a long time ago, but hey, life happens. I'm more focused on the timelessness of it. The intimate event that says in volumes what these mountain weddings mean to couples. They travel to stand in a surreal place for a finite moment in time. Wearing those clothes. Holding those flowers. Because they chose to.
